We are a comprehensive team comprised of RNsPhysical Therapists LPNs LNAs SLPs Social Workers andadministrative support all collaborating together to supportpatients to remain living in the setting of their choice theirhome.
This position is between2029 hoursweekly.
Requirements
Greater than two years of home or public health nursing experiencepreferred or a combination of education and experience from whichcomparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Previous home care desired but not required. We are willing totrain and develop a candidate who demonstrates a willingness anddesire to learn home health nursing.
Graduatenurses are considered for our Community Health Nurse Ilevel.
