We conduct focused research and engineering, with the support of massive computation resources, to build and deploy state-of-the-art AI core technologies, including but not limited to LLM, recommendations, etc.

• Conduct experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results.
• Collaborate with a large and globally distributed team- Contribute to publications and open-sourcing efforts.Qualifications- PhD graduate with a background in NLP, experience in areas like LLM pretrain;

interpretable LLM; LLM evaluation; responsible LLMs; LLM alignment are preferred.- Candidates with influential open-source projects or publications at top-tier AI conferences (, NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, and ACL) are preferred.

Strong sense of responsibility, good learning ability, communication ability, and self-motivation.- Good communication and collaboration skills, able to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress.
