Position Summary :
The STNA will provide daily nursing care and services that support the quality care delivered to patients in the facility.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Full Assist / Assist / Stand By Assist with all ADLs unique to each patients needs
- Toileting / Bathing
- Demonstrate Proper Patient Positioning Techniques
- Assisting in feeding / hydration
Light Housekeeping as needed
- Q2 rounds on each patient included but not limited to toileting and repositioning at this time.
- Reading and Documenting Vital Signs
- PCC charting
Communicating client needs / changes to appropriate nurse / superviser
In addition to these core responsibilities, the STNA will perform other similar duties within scope of practice as assigned by the nursing department / superviser when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents / patients
- Active STNA license in the state of Ohio IN GOOD STANDING
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
