Roofing Sales / Project Manager - Denver, CO
Salary plus commission : Salary 1st year; $50,000 + Commission, Expected Earnings $100,000 +
FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona, has an excellent career opportunity for a Commercial / Residential Sales & Project Manager with 5 years of experience in commercial and residential roofing or a similar field.

Our ideal candidate would have Commercial Low Slope and Residential Roofing sales and project management experience, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Outside direct sales position
- Project Management
- Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process
- Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors
- Payment collection

Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to use a smartphone
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb on roofs
- Personally, driven and self-motivated
- Sales experience in the commercial construction market selling products / services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT's, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
