Responsibilities

Develop ETL pipelines from various data repositories to load into various stages of the data platformDevelop data lake and warehouse architectures that support business objectivesIntegrate platform into the existing enterprise data warehouse and various operational systemsDevelop administration processes to monitor pipeline performance, resource usage, and failureAddress performance and scalability issues in a large-scale data lake environmentProvide data platform support and issue resolutionRequirements

Bachelor's degree in in computer science, software engineering or a closely related field; a master's degree is preferredAt least 5 years of experience with solutions such as Azure functions, Synapse Data Warehousing, Data Factory, and DatabricksAt least 5 years of experience developing batch and / or streaming ETL / ELT processesAt least 5 years of experience with data warehouse or data lake conceptsProficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or RExperience with a BI reporting platform (e.

g. Tableau, PowerBI)Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExcellent ability to work under tight deadlines and remain flexible when faced with shifting prioritiesWillingness to work in a hybrid work environment;

work in our Indianapolis office or at the client location three days per weekMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust not require visa sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of development experience in a project management or agile operationBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceCertifications related to Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Google
