Could you be the full-time onsite Training Coordinator in Camden, NJ, US we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive administrative and training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in fostering the professional growth and development of our workforce. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including production, engineering, and quality assurance), coordinate and schedule training sessions and much more.

We’ll look to you for :

Create training schedules for the entire site.

Follow up on the training schedules through meeting invites and formal letters to participants.

Track and create reports of all training records to include summary of Safety, Technical and Administrative training(s).

Document training deviations via formal communications, i.e., letter to employee.

Responsible for teaching various training courses.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.

Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze training data.

Experience or understanding of coordinating training programs within an industrial or manufacturing environment,

Engineering degree on related field, preferred,

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies,

Strong organizational and time management skills.
