About The Position

Job Title : Surgical Technologist

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour

Hours per Shift : Variable start times - 06 : 30, 07 : 00, 08 : 00, & 09 : 00

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : BLS, CST preferred

Must-Have :

2 years of experience in surgical technology

BLS certification

Experience in Endoscopy and Sterile Supply

Graduate from an accredited program for Surgical Technologist

Description :

This position requires 40 hours per week with 5x8 hour shifts.

Shifts have variable start times.

Call is required during the week, weekends, and holidays.

Call will be divided evenly among the surgical technicians.

Floating between Operating Room, Endoscopy, and Sterile Supply is required.

Every third weekend is mandatory.

Candidates must have experience in Endoscopy and Sterile Supply.

Duties include assisting with a variety of surgical procedures.

Knowledge of decontamination and sterilization processes is essential.

Candidates must adhere to safety protocols and universal precautions.

Experience with various surgical skills and techniques is necessary.

Communication and teamwork are vital in this role.

Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced environment.
