Job Objective :

The EE I position is an entry-level role within NASCENTechnology focusing on specialized magnetic component technology. The employee will apply their education and prior experience to support the company's business goals while developing professionally for future advancement. Responsibilities will broadly utilize the employee's educational background, with specialization to be determined during subsequent development stages.

Responsibilities :

• Complete electronics circuit design projects related to testing magnetic devices.
• Perform reliability testing on magnetic components and enhance testing station setup and automation.
• Familiarize with the design of specialized magnetic components and assist in new product designs under senior engineering guidance.
• Conduct characterization testing of new magnetic materials and support incoming inspection of raw materials, documenting results appropriately.
• Troubleshoot electrical or software issues in machinery as needed / requested by maintenance staff and operators.
• Create technical documentation on magnetic component performance, application circuits, and reliability testing.
• Understand NASCENT's manufacturing process and Quality System to communicate effectively with customers and the technical team during new product development.
• Support sales and marketing on special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with the NASCENT technical team on special projects.
• Report project statuses to keep the team and management informed.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, samples, sales, and customer activity reports related to projects.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Comply with ITAR regulations concerning export-controlled information and parts, ensuring dissemination only to qualified customers.
