Job Purpose or Objective(s) : You will use the Geographic Information System (GIS) to create graphics, maps, statistical reports, and web mapping applications to support the departments.
You will report to the GIS Manager.
Primary Tasks :
- You will create data into the Enterprise GIS and related databases using GIS software.
- Use ESRI GIS software to create, edit, QA / QC and share geospatial data and other geographic information.
- Prepare finished digital and paper map products and reports.
- Print of maps and other geospatial products using large format plotters and laminators.
- Use mobile applications and GPS equipment for the collecting of field data.
- Track progress and provide weekly reports to management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
- Work in a team environment
- Understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Valid Driver's License
