The Growth team is a midmarket sales team in TikTok's Global Business Solutions division. This team focuses on connecting TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love.
We have an opening for a Client Solutions Team lead who will be responsible for driving strategy and client service expectations within the Apparell & Accessories vertical across the country.
You will partner closely with the Sales Team Lead and Apparel & Accessories Advertising and serve as the advocate for the industry both internally and externally.
You will manage a team of Client Solutions Managers and be expected to work closely with our product team to find digital media solutions for the education and sports team.
You will have a deep knowledge of online media combined with excellent communication and analytical skills. Success in this position requires a focus on project / relationship management, education, measurement and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's unique and proven ability to drive client KPIs.
Responsibilities : - Manage and develop a team of Client Solutions Managers to deliver results against set goals.- Consult and coach Client Solutions Managers on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale to achieve more significant results.
- Become an education, nonprofit, and sports expert to clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these advertising clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a cohesive strategy for Sales and Client Solutions teams.- Partner closely with the sales team to win, maintain, and grow strong client relationships with our education and sports advertisers.
- Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive client business- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok’s features and ad units and consult clients on TikTok product offerings, and demonstrate expertise in product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs - Establish processes to collect advertiser feedback to inform our product strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, identify, and implement effective and scaleable processes for our growing Client Solutions team- Work directly with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.
- Identify needs and help to build scalable processes for our growing Client Solutions team- Ensure a standard of excellence and flawless campaign execution across all teams within your Vertical / Industry
Minimum Qualifications : - Experience in client solutions, client services, and / or post-sales account management roles within digital advertising- People management experience- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and through the proper escalation process Preferred Qualifications : - Biddable network experience- Previous experience in the education, nonprofit and sports industries at a platform, brand, and / or agency- Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges - Experience working in digital auction marketplaces with an understanding of how to execute effectively within them- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills - Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
