Asset Manager
ob Summary : Support onsite property management to enhance asset value and reduce risk within a diverse portfolio under VP of Asset Management's supervision.
Use independent judgment for prioritizing and organizing tasks.Responsibilities : Identify student housing and market rate property needs.
Foster effective communication with onsite teams for strategic collaboration.Monitor asset performance, suggest improvements.
Develop strategies to boost NOI, ROI, and mitigate risks.Review and adapt policies as required.Collaborate with asset management, analysts, and executives.
Enforce internal controls for asset protection.Prepare performance and ad hoc reports for Exec. Management.Perform additional related duties as needed.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.Prior Student Housing asset management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
