Valet Manager Margaritaville Beach Resort

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Valet Manager to lead a high-performing team that sets the tone for every guest experience. Key Responsibilities Include :

Operational Leadership :

  • Oversee the overall financial, operational, safety, and guest service performance of the valet operation at the hotel.
  • Manage, plan, schedule, and direct the activities of the assistant valet manager, ramp supervisors, valet attendants, cashiers, and overnight team.
  • Ensure consistent 24 / 7 operational coverage, including weekend availability to support peak periods and key service times.
  • Implement and maintain high service and safety standards aligned with client and property expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Guest Service & Client Relations :

  • Champion exceptional guest service by leading a team that delivers prompt, professional, and courteous service at every interaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison with hotel leadership and clients to ensure alignment on service goals, guest satisfaction, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously monitor guest feedback and collaborate with staff to address issues, improve service, and enhance overall experience.

    • Financial & Administrative Oversight :

  • Manage the financial performance of the valet operation, including budget planning, revenue optimization, and expense control.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports.
  • Conduct monthly profit / loss reviews and contribute to budget preparation for assigned property or properties.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely approval of employee hours; work closely with payroll and HR partners to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure audit readiness and uphold financial protocols across all valet operations.

    • Safety & Risk Management :

  • Lead safety-related initiatives including training programs, accident prevention strategies, and compliance enforcement.
  • Oversee all incident claims from investigation through guest / client follow-up and resolution, ensuring timely and compliant reporting.
  • Foster a culture of safety by identifying hazards, addressing risks, and promoting accountability across the team.

    • Strategic Planning & Market Awareness :

  • Monitor and evaluate local market rate structures to remain competitive and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify trends, operational challenges, and areas for improvement; implement strategic solutions to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Support organizational goals by driving operational excellence, leading by example, and mentoring team members for growth and development.

    • What You Will Bring :

  • High School or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Effective communication and strong customer service skills

    • Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift

    Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance

    Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and / or a service ramp.

    Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

    Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Supervisors
