Who You'll Work With

You'll be based in either the Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, Toronto or Washington DC office as part of our Internal Communications and Engagement team.

You will join a group of communications professionals within the firm's Reach and Engagement function. These colleagues help ensure that appropriate insights reach designated audiences, building awareness and engagement with McKinsey's distinctive knowledge on a variety of topics.

Leveraging your strong verbal and written communication skills, you will develop engaging communications for internal audiences including messaging for leadership, communications campaigns and new channels.

You'll take complex subject matter and distill this information into digestible content appropriate for various audiences inside the firm.

You will leverage a broad range of internal communications and project management skills, strategic thinking, flawless operational and tactical execution in order to establish a trusted advisor relationship with senior firm leaders and operate effectively within a fast-paced, often virtual, environment.
