Responsibilities :
- The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA / CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA / CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
- The contractor shall independently produce timely, relevant all-source analysis on water / energy infrastructure, resources, and economic impact on regional and global stability for countries in the CENTCOM AOR.
- Using DNI / DIA analytic tradecraft standards provide anticipatory analysis, actionable intelligence, joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment, situational awareness, and capability assessments within the CENTCOM AOR to CDRUSCENTCOM and staff to support achievement of USCENTCOM objectives.
- Initiates collaborative production / support to plans & operations efforts as appropriate.
- Networks with IC counterparts & stakeholders to ensure effective external coordination & collaboration on production; communicate with relevant CENTCOM Divisions / Directorates to ensure internal synchronization.
Required Experience : Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor
category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education : Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.
S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
