Overview : Registered nurse will be responsible for Rehabilitation Medicine Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing of adult patients.
Requirements :
- Associated degree in nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse
- AHA BLS
- years of Rehabilitation Medicine Wound Ostomy
- Proof of Full Covid- Vaccination
Responsibilities :
- Performing daily care tasks like monitoring vital signs, administering medicine or performing treatments
- Recording patient updates and condition
- Creating patient care plans
- Coordinating with other healthcare providers
- Counseling patients and families
- Managing individual patient cases
