About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-Hour Day / Night Rotation Guaranteed Hours : 36 or 48 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 1 year in ICU preferred License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : - BLS (Basic Life Support)- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Must-Have : - Current Flu Vaccine- COVID Vaccine and Booster Job Description : Provide critical care nursing to patients in the ICU setting.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to different units as needed based on staffing needs.- Work every other weekend as part of the weekend requirement.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing education programs to maintain competency in ICU nursing.- Complete a Voice Advantage interview as part of the selection process.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards.- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
