• Required Skills : Inpatient / Acute care, Anticoagulants, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring, Warfarin Dosing, Antibiotics, Compounding, IV Piggyback, IV push Medications, Mixers for TPN, Sterile Technique

Job Details :

• Pay : $2826.45 / week - $3016.05 / week
• Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
• Shift : 4, 10-Hour 06 : 00 - 16 : 30
• At least one year of experience required
