Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts! If you are dedicated to providing compassionate care and meaningful experiences, we want you to be a part of our team.
In this role, you'll work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, conducting patient visits and providing routine care to hospice patients, while communicating with the care team, the patient, and their family.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
