Responsibilities :
- Schedule and Coordinate Deliveries with internal stakeholders
- Assign tasks using Microsoft Teams Task Manager
- Taking customer communications and turning them into action items for team members to complete
- File Management and Submittal Tracking
- CAD Detailing - Ability to update Shop Drawings and Create Shop Drawings proficiently
Qualifications :
- Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills
- Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
- Experienced in CAD software with the ability to produce Construction Shop Drawings
