Compensation & Incentives
Base Compensation : $76,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.

Orientation & Training : All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.

Qualifications :
Required : Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Required : Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
