SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure awareness of all policies and procedures of the company as reference of audit activities.
- Responsible for the daily supervision of Audit Staff and the completion of performance evaluation.
- Assist in developing annual audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.
- Develop and modify the audit plan, budget and timeline for upcoming audit activities.
- Support the implementation and execution of the audit plan, monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings andrecommendations to Audit Manager.
- Assist the Audit Manager in managing the Audit Department administratively.
- Help resolve the problems and concerns faced by the subordinates and provide appropriate solutions to promote teamwork.
