Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
We are looking for a caregiver to commit to every SAT / SUN . . LOOKIING FOR CAREGIVERS THAT ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE HOURS OF 7 AM TO 7PM.
WEEKEND ONLY ..CAREGIVER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- TB SKIN TEST. REQUIRED
- MMR Test Required to work in the Hospital
- CPR / FRIST AID TRAINING CERTIFICATION REQUIRED TO WORK ANY STATE MEDICAID CASE.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
- Looking for caregivers that can commit to regular weekend shift assignments.
- Must be able to handle client incontinent situations, ex. Cleaning client and Changing adult diapers and helping a client in the bathroom.
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Must be able to handle clients in various stages of Dementia and Alzheimer
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Requires a two-year minimum of experience (Does not have to be in a professional environment)
