About the RoleAs a Managed Services and Engineering Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of IT projects for our valued clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful project delivery, working closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client needs, develop project plans, and manage resources effectively.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your project management expertise within a dynamic and growing MSP environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple IT projects using ConnectWise Manage, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project outcomes.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope statements, detailed schedules, budgeted hours, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks / issues, and ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain effective project metrics to track project progress, profitability, and resource utilization.Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear and concise updates and addressing any concerns.

Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, reflecting daily activities and any emerging issues.Implement and adhere to industry-standard project management methodologies (ITIL, Agile, and / or PMI).

Requirements : Job Overview and Requirements This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QualificationsProject management certification (ITIL, Agile, or PMP) required, or obtainable within 6 months of employment.

5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within an MSP environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity simultaneously.

Strong understanding of IT services, including networking, security, and cloud solutions (a plus).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Proficient in project management tools like MS Project or similar resource and task-based systems;

experience with ConnectWise Manage a plus.Associates degree in a relevant field (bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
