ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities : Instructional Mastery : From classrooms to labs, clinical settings, and online environments, you'll deliver active and effective learning experiences.

Prepare engaging lesson plans, assess student performance, and effectively present subject matter to ignite students' passion for cardiovascular sonography.

Student Interaction : Foster a conducive learning environment, serve as a role model for professionalism, and provide regular, constructive feedback to students.

Your mentorship will guide them to excel in their academic journey Continuous Improvement : Stay current with instructional methodologies and engage in ongoing professional development, including CEUs when required.

Attend workshops and seminars to enhance your instructional and professional skills. Beyond the Classroom : You'll contribute to our campus culture by participating in student and campus activities, assisting in maintaining classrooms, and supporting inventory organization and equipment maintenance.

QualificationsQualifications : Credentialing Excellence : Must be either a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS).

Clinical Mastery : Bring a minimum of four years of clinical experience in cardiac sonography. Educational Achievement : Possess a minimum of an associate degree in a related field.

Compensation : $35-$39 / hr (Based on education / experience) A one-time sign-on bonus of $2,500 is payable to you in two installments : the first half on the pay period following 90 days of employment and the second half on the pay period following 180 days of employment, less payroll deductions and all required withholdings.

Should you voluntarily resign or be terminated by the Company for cause before 12 months of service, you will be required to repay the Company the full amount of the sign-on bonus and the Company will be entitled (but not required) to deduct the amount o any such repayment obligations from any amounts otherwise payable to you by the Company.
