Job Description & Requirements

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Responsible to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary, unit based team to provide nursing expertise for a defined microsystem.

Lead quality care initiatives to improve patient outcomes and patient safety. Collaborate in staff and patient education activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Five (5) years of related experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
