Salary : $75,000 + / - DOQ annually
Hanover Township Youth and Family Services is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and diligent individual to apply for a key management position as Mental Health Clinical Manager.
Salary is $75,000 + / - annually, depending on qualifications. This is a 40 hour per week position.
The Mental Health Clinical Manager position is responsible for :
- Clinical supervision and development of department therapists, managing all the clinical programs and services, and developing and implementing new clinical
- Bachelor’s and Master’s level internship program.
- Experience in insurance billing, including Medicaid, is required.
- Experience in grant writing is highly preferred.
- Working closely with the Prevention Services Manager and prevention team in assessing and developing new youth programming.
This position is part of the Department’s Management Team that works to uphold the Department’s Mission, the Vision of the Town Board, and meet Annual Strategic Goals.
Individuals who have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Family Therapy and a LCSW / LCPC with five or more years of experience supervising clinical staff and interns are encouraged to apply.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
