Blessed Oasis Pet Resort in Fayetteville, NC is looking to hire a full-time Client Care Counselor to provide top-notch customer service while answering calls and booking reservations.

ABOUT BLESSED OASIS PET RESORT
Since 2013, we have been providing luxury pet boarding with comfortable rooms, grooming areas, and a dog park. Our facility mirrors a hotel environment by utilizing physical features like Italian tile, large ceiling fans, sound-absorbing materials, ceiling speakers for calming noises during thunderstorms, and doggie doors that lead to individual patios.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT CARE COUNSELOR
In this office position, you help us meet the pet care needs of our clients by greeting them, answering calls, and booking reservations.
Using your exceptional customer service skills, you ensure that every individual has a great experience by addressing all of their concerns, questions, and requests.
In addition to your customer service duties, you perform day-to-day administrative tasks as requested. Whether you are talking with returning customers or meeting new ones you find great fulfillment in serving others!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years in customer service
- 2+ years of receptionist experience in a vet clinic setting, dog boarding setting, or hotel setting
- 18 years or older
- Warm, inviting personality
- Reliable transportation
Are you willing to complete one month of training before working at the front desk? Do you communicate well with others? Are you punctual and reliable?
Do you have great customer service skills? Are you able to pay close attention to details, specifically regarding medical and grooming terminology?
Are you polite and empathetic? If so, you might just be perfect for this office position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time administrative position offers three shift options of 6 : 30 am - 1 pm, 9 am - 6 pm, or 1 pm - 7 pm. The work schedule is 5 days per week with one of these days being either Saturday or Sunday.
