HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager - Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 125k / year - Syracuse, NY
Our client, a stable design / build mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager, to manage project goals and timelines.
Our client has been in business for over 100 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The projects will be both new construction and retrofit projects, ranging from $5MM to $15MM.
In this position, the HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager will be responsible for developing the project plans and timeline, coordinating the project to ensure it is on time and budget, and working with clients, vendors, and technicians.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this position will possess 3+ years of project management experience, with a background in HVAC and piping.
The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation : Our client is offering a base salary in the 110k 125k / year range, plus bonus opportunity. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
