Key Responsibilities :

- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing ongoing feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with special education best practices and policies.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid State Teacher Certification / License in Special Education granted by the Arizona Department of Education.
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
