Sr. Laboratory Equipment Sales Representative - Chicago

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities and establish positive relationships with current and future clients.
  • Provide product expertise and training with our channel partners to develop and close sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams seeking new business potentials to achieve maximum results.
  • Participate in all assigned corporate and focus account initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, STEM, or business preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience is strongly preferred, preferably in the laboratory or relevant industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of laboratory equipment and applications.
  • Knowledgeable understanding of our markets and customers.

  • Excellent analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results.
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Consultative selling abilities, capability to effectively negotiate and close business.
  • Outstanding follow-up and time management.
  • Excellent pipeline development, funnel management, and sales tracking.
