We are looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to join our in-house Legal team. The role will report to the Legal Operations Analyst and will be involved with the whole spectrum of the business’ legal and compliance needs.
You will work closely with the Legal team, as well as with business partners from across the EverCommerce organization. You will be comfortable working autonomously, learning new things, and making pragmatic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Procurement contract intake and ticket creation in the Legal workflow system

Corporate Insurance (>
Certificate requests
Invoices and refund tracking
Entity additions to insurance
Support of insurance renewals
Administration and Reporting (10%)
Tracking and reporting legal metrics
Lease milestone tracking
Entity W-9s
Coordinating meetings, room reservations, agenda tracking
Scheduling support for Chief Legal Officer and team members

Where :
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This is a hybrid role ideally based in Denver, CO.
Our legal team likes to work together in-office one day per week. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation : The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
