About The Position
Job Title : Echocardiograph Technician Job Specialty : Echocardiograph Technician (Echo) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM), every other weekend, on call as needed Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum 1 year License : ARDMS or CCI required Certifications : RDCS or RCS required, BLS required Must-Have : Willingness to float as needed from inpatient to outpatient settings Job Description : - Operate echocardiograph equipment to perform various cardiac ultrasound studies.
- Conduct two-dimensional images, M-Modes, cardiac doppler, and color flow doppler. - Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs).
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain equipment and report any issues for timely resolution.
- Provide detailed documentation and accurate results for medical evaluation. - Adapt to different patient needs and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
