RN ratio 1 : 6 days and nights Patient Ratios -1 : 1 - 3 : 1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment remote tele EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Med / surg experience, Mom / baby experience with NRP preferred.
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med / surgical experience Excellence customer service Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
