To manage and oversee key human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This role involves acting as a liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the entire staffing process, from job posting to employee exit, including interviewing and selection, and coordinating with staffing agencies.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs, managing payroll processes, and ensuring accurate data maintenance.
- Facilitating new employee orientation, developing and managing training programs, and overseeing regular employee training initiatives.
- Maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), managing employee visa and work authorizations, and addressing work-related issues.
- Managing HR-related documentation, overseeing office supply procurement, and liaising with external vendors and service
- Addressing employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Qualification :
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a related HR role.
- Proficient in HR administration, knowledgeable in laws and government regulations related to HR, adept in conflict resolution and communication
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software and tools.
- The role includes mostly desk-based work with occasional walking and repetitive motions.
- English and Korean bilingual preferred
- HR Certification preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing industry preferred
