Job Brief :

Strong Force Staffing, a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, is currently recruiting for the position of Physical Therapist (PT) for a valued client agency in Glendale, Arizona.

This vital field role entails developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients, providing therapeutic interventions, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and proper techniques.

This position offers a competitive salary, health benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. The final hiring decision will be made by our client agency.

Key Details :

• Salary : $85,000 - $103,000 Per Year, DOE
• Benefits : Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off
• Additional stipends : Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and proper techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements :

• Certification : Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience : 1+ year of experience in home health is highly desirable.
• Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in therapy software and documentation.
