Retail Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage existing and establishing new residential accounts
- Build strong working relationships with all customers
- Manage and lead retail sales department by providing regular, ongoing support
- Ensure department meets or exceeds sales goals
- Prepare accurate bids and quotes for customers
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 3 years retails sales experience in a construction related field with successful sales record
- Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications.
- Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications and negotiations.
- Valid OR Drivers License
