Speech Language Pathologist - In-Home Therapy
Job Summary : We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitation services in patients' homes. The role involves evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, as well as coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Ensure adherence to documentation and billing requirements
- Participate in patient care and related meetings
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Coordinate the acquisition and use of adaptive communication devices
Requirements :
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility for participation as a Clinical Fellow
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
