As an In Home Caregiver at Liken Home Care , you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their daily living activities.
You will provide compassionate support, promote independence, and ensure the well-being of our clients in the comfort of their homes.
Duties :
- Assist individuals with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for clients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to individual needs
- Document services provided accurately and efficiently
- Practice behavior management techniques when necessary
- Uphold patient care standards with dignity and respect
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality
Experience :
- Previous experience in meal preparation, care plans implementation, and driving clients to appointments
- Familiarity with working with individuals with Autism or other specific conditions
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protection
- 1 year Experience in hospice care, behavior management, long-term care, or caregiving is a plus
