Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heating and Cooling Service Technician to join our team in Clarksburg, WV. If you have a passion for HVAC systems and a knack for troubleshooting, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units.
  • Conduct routine HVAC maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC / R systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform boiler troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
  • Work with various machine brands, including Frick and Evapco, to ensure high-quality service.
  • Communicate with clients regarding service needs and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC service and installation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC / R systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with heating and air conditioning systems, including boilers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if necessary.
