A skilled nursing facility SNF in Dinuba, CA is looking for a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT to join their team for a 13-week contract with the possibility to extend.

• Responsibilities of a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT :
• Provides inpatient care to patients who are undergoing rehabilitation or recovering from an illness, injury, or disability
• Provides rehab services to residents
• Completing an assessment of each patient's needs
• Work with other staff members to come up with treat plans
• Focus on helping patients gain strength and skills to perform daily activities and tasks
• Help patients learn to perform tasks using new equipment such as a cane or wheelchair
