Responsibilities

Conduct complex quality data analysis and clinical decision support for designated system(s).

  • Develop and implement quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.
  • Collaborate on metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Develop approach to presenting information including presentations and communications.
  • Support complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions / plans with limited guidance.
  • Benchmark national best practices and make recommendations for change as appropriate.

Requirements

Education :

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree / Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

  • Minimum 1+ years of acute care work experience required (excluding intern / extern experience).
  • Preferably Registered Nurse with data analytic background.
  • Should be familiar with software programs including Leapfrog hospital surveying, Midas Health Analytics, Premier Quality Measurement Reporting, familiarity of CMS, The Joint Commission, and Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs).
