About The Position
Job Title : Surgical Technician Job Specialty : Technician Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : AM 10.00 Hrs Guaranteed Hours : Experience : License : Certifications : CST Required Must-Have : Experience in General / Neuro Job Description : - Provide support in the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment.
- Assist surgeons during operations on patients of varying complexity. - Handle instruments and supplies efficiently during surgical procedures.
- Maintain and organize operating room instruments and equipment. - Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control policies.
- Participate in orientation sessions prior to commencing duties. - Adhere to call and weekend requirements, with weekends scheduled no more than once every four weeks.
- Comply with vaccination requirements, including flu, COVID-19, and booster vaccines. - Display adaptability and proficiency across different surgical specialties.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and collaborate effectively with the surgical team.
