Position : Pharmacy Technician
Shift : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, with ability to stay later as needed
A Day in the Life :
The Pharmacy Technician supports the pharmacist in delivering comprehensive pharmacy services to patients while adhering to regulatory standards.
This role involves medication preparation, order processing, delivery, and collaboration with various departments to ensure quality care.
Pharmacy Technician Skills and Qualifications :
- Must possess and maintain a pharmacy technician registration in good standing in the state of Kentucky
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certificate or equivalent required
- Proficient in computer operations with ability to learn new systems quickly
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy, preferred
