HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and / or outside customers.
Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : Associates of Arts / Associates of Science
Required Experience : 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills : Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry
Security Clearance Level : TS / SCI w / Poly
Preferred Skills : Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service
Location : On Site
Certification : Security+, A+ or Net+
Shift : M-F 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $39.10 - $52.90. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
