Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Long Term Care (LTC) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour (14 : 30 - 22 : 30), Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday (may fluctuate) Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks) Experience : 1 year of Skilled Long Term Care / Transitional Care Experience required License : Active license required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BCLS) Must-Have : - Reliable transportation - Flexibility to float between like units- Comfortable with varied scheduling Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care in a Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care facility.
- Maintain patient ratios ranging from 1 : 15-25.- Wear any basic color scrubs.- Utilize Net Solutions for charting.- Participate in 40 hours of orientation.
- Complete non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours; over 20 hours requires prior approval.- Be open to floating between facilities within the state.
- Have a minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a similar specialty / setting.
- Prepare for communication device requirements if necessary for the assignment. Please note that COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements are currently unspecified.
Prepare to submit monthly cell phone bills directly to the agency if a cell phone is not provided. Modules are to be completed pre-start and annually, with completion recorded in Workramp transcripts.
