Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the field of commercial construction.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and change orders
- Assist in the resolution of any project-related issues or disputes
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
