Lead Financial Planner - Las Vegas

This position is only for those who think they are ready for the next step in their career and have what it takes to be a top tiered financial planner.

Most of the industry is offering the same old model - sell annuities, model portfolios or life insurance. That is not financial planning, that is pure transactional sales.

To work with high net worth clients, you have to be not only skilled at financial planning but you have to know trusts, tax, asset protection as well as investment management.

Most firms strictly prohibit any discussion on tax, trusts or anything outside of what they are directly selling.

Our firm brings all the disciplines into one single firm. Legal document preparation, investment management, insurance and risk management, as well as tax planning and prep.

You can finally be a real financial planner and design plans that encompass all the areas of finance.

We also have a proven client acquisition program through a digital leads program as well as acquisitions. No more of the 1950's style prospecting of networking meetings, cold calling or friends and family.

We currently have more leads than we can reach out and cultivate. This is where you and your skill sets come in....

This job will require you to expand and learn more to operate as a top-tier planner and we have the training programs to get you there.

Requirements

• Fast and reliable home internet
• A quiet and professional place to conduct video conferencing with clients
• Series 7+63, or Series 65
• Life and health licenses are preferred but not mandatory

Absolute passion for building a quality client book

Ability to adapt and learn technology quickly

Proven experience in a client acquisition journey

• Clean professional and personal CRD, and no criminal record
• No existing (non-expired) non-compete employment agreements from prior employment
• Ability to work between the hours of 8 am to 5 PM PST in one of our Las Vegas offices
• Must be a US resident and living in the US full time
• No outstanding tax liens or problems with the IRS that would prevent you from obtaining a PTIN
• No past bankruptcies, outstanding judgments or pending litigation.
• Proven experience in presenting a financial plan through eMoney, Money Guide Pro, or other similar programs
