We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our electrical projects to success.

Responsibilities :

Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for projects in the electrical field.

Team Leadership : Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project satisfaction.

Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.

Resource Allocation : Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Quality Assurance : Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.

Project Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Timeline Adherence : Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for all project participants.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field, managing large scale commercial projects.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Organization : Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Computer Skills : Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
