- $25,000 Start / Retention Bonus
- Performance Bonus $10,000 + Relocation Allowance

- Experience Based Salary up to $90,000

- Clinic Based
- Flexible Scheduling Options - 4 x 10 or 5 x 8
- Majority Patients are Adult Orthopedic with some Neurological, Post and Pre-Op
- M-F scheduling, No nights, No weekends
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Possession of or ability to obtain Arizona licensure
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish a Plus (not required)
- Open to any experience level - New Grad to Seasoned
