Ducklings Early Learning Center, Downingtown West is currently looking for a creative and caring Preschool LEAD Teacher to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and participate in the smooth running of a loving classroom at a highly regarded educational child care center.
- Create and deliver lesson plans, care for each child individually, and assess developmental needs of students.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
- Communicate positively with parents, co-workers, and management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- CDA, Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
- At least 2 Years previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in a licensed preschool or early development center required.
- Experience using Teaching Strategies Gold and Brightwheel a plus
- Able to furnish required clearances.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sense of humor encouraged.
- First Aid / CPR trained
